After several years working across both NHS and private dentistry, Khilan set out with a clear vision, to create a dental practice centred on exceptional care, delivered in a calm, welcoming environment where patients feel truly looked after. In 2020, that vision became reality with the launch of Hampstead Dental Studio.

In this episode, Khilan shares what it really takes to make the leap from associate to practice owner.
